Lithocrete™
Lithocrete™ is a unique finish on a superior paving process.
The patented Lithocrete™ system utilizes the structural properties of reinforced concrete combines
with the aesthetic quality of surface seeded aggregates such as
granite, glass, marble,limestone,pebbles, shells and other aggregates.
Lithocrete™ is structural concrete, not merely a "topping". Delamination of the paving is non existent making Lithocrete™ a superior paving choice over veneer type finishes such as granite, slate, tile, flagstone and brick.
Litho Mosaics
The litho Mosaics system utilizes mosaic patterns along with the original Lithocrete paving system. This is the only system that installs mosaics in a full thickness monolithic pour allowing designers the flexibility to create their own art piece at significantly less cost than other mediums currently available.
Litho Mosaics is covered under US Patents #4,748,788 and #6,033,146.
Litho Thin Tech
Now you can great consistent of material, color and seeded finishes in architectural cementitious overlays. Lithocrete Thin Tech provides a uniform surface transitioning between existing surfaces or working with a wide course of construction defects or damage. Lithcrete Thin Tech permits a wide range of architectural paving finishes from seeded aggregates such as granite, glass, shells and mosaics in unique architectural finishes.
Litho Thin Tech is available in 30 standards colors but can be custom colored, seeded or chemically stained. Thin Tech is currently patent pending under US Application No. 78/948,407 and is protected under the original Lithocrete patents #4,748,788, #6,033,146, #6,0166,635.
RTA Porous Paving (Replenish the Aquifer)
RTA porous paving system is a proven alternative to conventional pavements. RTA allows high rates of
water to flow through the pavement recharging groundwater, reducing stormwater runoff and reducing heat
island effects.
The unique ability of RTA porous pavement offers advantages to the environment, public agencies and building owners be controlling rainwater on site and addressing stormwater runoff issues.
RTA porous paving and its subbase may provide enough water storage capacity to eliminate the need for retention ponds,swales and other precipitation containment strategies.
RTA porous paving can be used for LEED Credits SS 6.1, SS602, SS 701, EA Credit1, MR Credits 4.1, 4.2.\ LEEDS Credits applies towards NM Sustainable Bldg Tax Credit.

The monolithic, reinforced design and color hardened surface of Bomanite provides the structural integrity and surface strength for long term durability and proven performance.
